The wet part of the mop is horrible! Does not do a good job at all. The vacuum part is good.

I had been using a stick corded vacuum. This Dyson is like night and day different. I would highly recommend it.

This vacuum combo was on sale so I gave it a try and I'm a bit disappointed. The mop head will leak if you leave water in the bottle so you can't pre-fill so it's ready for the next run. The mop itself doesn't have much weight to put pressure on the floor and scrub spots. The regular vacuum head is okay but struggles with thicker carpet. The attachments are the best part of this kit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The suction of the vacuum is great, ergonomics are great, battery life is great, being that this is a new item, filtration seems to be great, maneuverabilty of the vacuum is great the maeuverabilty of the submatine mop head could be stabler. the moping capability of the machine could be better, this would be improved with actual suction capability and not relying on centrifugal force to remove debris. I vacuum first, mop second, fortunately for me I never have wet, dirty floors or dried-on messes on the floor that need to be mopped. This product is "OK" for me in performance and price. The ease of vacuuming with this machine is a great improvment over the existing item that I have been using. Cleaning machines that require less effort helps me, I am becoming more and more disabled.

Best vacuum I have EVER had. Light, easy to navigate, great suction. Looked at them for a long time. Well worth the price.

Not very good overall. Yhe vacuum gets jammed very easily and often. The mop feature just spreads the mud around after a couple minutes of mopping. Not worth the price tag.

I had to return this vacuum because it did not have enough suction for carpet without running it in power boost mode 3 which provides very few minutes run time. Replaced it with a V8 absolute that I owned in the past and it works great.
