The attachments work very well however the canister is difficult to empty fully. Much gets stuck in the slide mechanism. I have to try to get a piece of anything with my fingers to pull it out - as it is too small to fit your hand into the container

I own a V9 and also a V8 model. I bought the V9 because I like the V8 so much. The V9 is a disappointment. Should have let it be and stayed with the V8

I really like my new Dyson so far except for ONE thing...I don't like that you have to hold the button on. My finger gets very tired and sore. I don't understand WHY it works that way. Doesn't make sense.

Everything about the V9 is amazing!. I broke my wrist a few years back and my V8 is a little heavier than the V9. I thought it would be heavy, but its not! Now I can vacuum with ease and without pain. I am a Dyson customer and have been for years and happy with all my Dyson products, not only the V9. Thank you Dyson!!
