So far so good, I love not having to chase power cords, wrap cords, find an outlet, etc. The vacuum power is much better than I expected. I also love having the mounting where the unit is constantly being charged.

Been using the vacuum for two weeks and love it. I’ve used Dyson upright for years and never thought I’d enjoy the wand style. It is brilliant! Lightweight gets everywhere and the three modes allow for deep cleaning in all areas including kitchen! No more sweeping! It is quiet enough the cats aren’t scared by it. I am so glad I took the jump to this style and will never go back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I ended up returning this item. The suction was pretty good. Battery life not bad. I liked how light it was. The problem was in the handle. After I got it home I tried it two different times for about five minutes each time. It left two small scabs at the base of my thumb and my little finger hurt as well. For a company that seems to engineer their products very well, they have not met basic ergo requirements. The other issue that relates to this discomfort is the fact that you need to hold down the trigger the whole time you are vacuuming which adds to the discomfort. If you don’t mind holding down the trigger the whole time and you have small hands this unit may work for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
