Would not purchase again

The wet mop is really weak. It will work well for simple dirt but you will need to get an extra rag to clean along with it for anything bigger.
Suction is not strong. It is strong w/boost mode but it will only last 10min or so. Economy mode will last around an hour but the suction is not great.
Attachments are good but the suction behind the attachment is not stong (unless you use "boost"(Boost mode is around 10min of use).
Great machine for light cleanup.
I would not purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so happy with this vacuum that I look forward to using it. I have 3 long haired dogs and it works so well to pick up their hair. I especially appreciate the design, how the attachments fit, its' docking/charging station. It is so lightweight; very easy to maneuver & clean.
If you are considering purchasing one just do it - you will not be sorry!
I am now a Dyson convert for life.

Really Sucks! (That's a good thing, right?)

This is my second Dyson stickvac. I really enjoyed the first one but the battery no longer keeps a charge, so we got a new one. One thing about this new design is rather clunky: to empty the cannister, any attachment must be removed. The old vac was quick and easy to empty. Plus, hairs or threads get hung up in the cannister and I often need a tool or thin finger to try to pull it out. Or, I can just open and close the cannister repeatedly until the fuzzy stuff starts to fall towards the opening.
