It took a minute to appreciate this vacuum, but I'm now very happy. My old Dyson was so loud, I equated that with power and suction, but after using this much more quiet version, I'm convinced it's just as powerful.

I bought this before Thanksgiving. I’ve never had a battery powered vacuum. I love the ease but not impressed with the power to pick up anything other than pet hair. I have carpet on my stairs and the anti tangle screw attachment doesn’t work

W bought this to replace our V7. It pulled more up from our carpet than the previous version. It's also lighter. We haven't used the mop function, but good to know we can.
