The floor washing attachment will not go back together. A red piece is blocking it being. Reattached.

First let me say I love the performance of my Dyson V9, which I got on sale at a very reasonable price. I purchased this vacuum mainly for long trips in our camper, but still wanted to use it in the house. So as soon as I read the charging station setup, I realized I would like to have an extra charging cord. I cannot find any extra parts for the V9 series anywhere. The battery is different from all the other Dyson batteries. So not just any charging cord will work. Therefore, in order to share the charging cord between the house an camper, I cannot actually install the charging station. I'm guessing the lack of parts available is why this vacuum had such a great price.

Why it sweeps up better than dirt, is information, which is not needed to be a functional vacuum cleaner. I returned it to where it was purchased the very next day. I called Dyson and directed that I be removed from any future e-Mails, and all email lists. They just don’t listen

I have to say i have truly been amazed with Dyson, they keep putting out great products, this Dyson is great every day use, i use it daily several times a day, to pick up pet hair and to keep our entry way dirt free and it works amazing, light and easy to handle. Great job Dyson!

Wow. Suction is superb- traffic patterns -gone. Light weight, maneuverable, and quieter than expected. Hair capture is excellent - no more unraveling every 20 minutes. The small dust bin is not an issue after first cleaning. Holding the trigger takes a little getting used to but it’s is a light touch. I keep triggering it while dumping collected dust.

I was so excited to finally get a Dyson, but the dirt/dog hair gets stuck way beyond the empty piece, I have to try and get it out to work properly. It's very difficult to get unclogged. It will not pick up if I don't do this step. Disappointed.
