Had it for about a week and love it. The one complaint I would have is it's noisy and bothers my ears a little. Most of the time, I can ignore it but if I'm watching TV, I have to turn up the TV sometimes. But the relief is there and it feels good. Kudos!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too heavy around neck. Slides around too much. Didn’t hold charge for 3 hours.

Left me wanting more...

I received this item through work via a reward recognition program. The first time I tried to use it, the left fan did not work at all. It is only now getting hot enough to use & I was extremely disappointed when it did not work.

I just bought this but so far I can say that its a bit noisy, not really comfortable but the air feels good on my face
