Nice cooling neck fan!

I recently purchased this portable cooling neck fan! It’s nice and does the job to help cool you down when I you need it too. I gave it a rating of “good” instead of “excellent” because it claims to be quiet but it’s not. You can definitely hear the motor running and it’s loud in my opinion. Also, I didn’t realize when I purchased it that the actual fan slots are only located along the sides of the neck fan and don’t go all the way around to the back of the neck as well. It’s just my preference to have a cooling fan go all all the way around it but other than that, it does work nice and helps to keep us cool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The air isn’t cold in the air isn’t strong enough for you to even fill it I rate it a 2/10

I have tested many neck fans over the years and this is the absolute best one I've used I love the different levels of fan speed and it is very stylish. Overall an amazing product

I bought this to take to a Blue Angels show. 90 degrees in the sun. I was beyond glad had the neck fan on me. Worked great
