Great knife for breaking down a carcass

Handy sharp and comfortable to use. It is well balanced and ergonomic. This knife is extremely sharp and the grip is perfect for my size large hands. It makes quick work of venison and beef for sure. I have used it for weeks on a maple chopping block and it is still sharp.

Always wanted a boning knife. I was so impressed by how much I enjoyed using it. 1st use was trimming a whole brisket and it made things a lot easier.

Best Knife I Have

I already own this knife that I take careful care so it remains sharp because it’s thin, super sharp blade is useful for so many tasks. I bought this one as a gift to my discerning brother-in-law knowing he will enjoy and care for it too.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband, He absolutely loves it and has a special place to keep it. He hasn't used it yet, and is looking forward to his brisket and ribs and using his knife to clean them up
