Have a few of these Kanso knives know and these are all beauties. This knife chops threw raw potatoes like they’ve been parboiled just a breeze.

I have been using the Shun Classic Santoku knife and have loved it for years. This is even better! The knife is well-balanced, and it is such an easy and enjoyable task to cut, mince, or dice vegetables.
