Surprising Quality

Bought this knife simply to try something a bit different from more traditional looking utility knives. The price was exceptional, so even if things weren't great it was a minor loss. To my genuine surprise, this has become one of my favorite knives to use day-in and day-out. The edge retention is fantastic, feel in hand is superb, and every part of the build quality is astonishing. Something I was worried about initially was a cheap feeling "plastic" handle, but surprisingly it is one of the most comfortable and simple designs I could imagine having for a 6" utility knife.
Love this knife, unbelievably sharp and consistent, extremely practical, and a piece of cake to maintain and care for. Would recommend the Sora line to home cooks looking for quality at a great price.

A good knife to use when you don’t have a lot to chop. It eases through anything you are cutting.

The super sandwich knife! I love mine with a blade so sharp it can cut a full on Salami. My Tomatoes are scared of this knife.

Too Big. . . needs to be

Too Big. . . needs to be approx 2/3 or half the size it is. It looks cool but the knife never gets used due to its size. I do not recommend thia knife. Also if feels cheap, the handle does not inspire confidence. I love Shun most my knifes are Shun but Wusthof makes a better utility, I said it. . .

Love this knife. I use it for tomatoes, sandwiches, other vegetables. Its a great addition to my Shun 6" chef and 3" paring knives.
