[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lenovo did a great job. The tablet is quick and snappy. I know the legion tab line as a limg history of being a strong performer and this one lived up to the hype. The added fact that Lenovo includes a case, cover and screen protector is just outstanding in a segment that like to sell accessories separately. I have everything I need to get started enjoying and traveling with the tablet right in the box. And the accessories are well thought out. The case has a sort of honey comb pattern on the back that helps with heat retention, the cover is removable and attaches by magnetic flaps on either side of the case. I have always disliked the trifold covers as they get in the way when I dont want the cover. With this design I can simply remove it, but still leave the tablet in the case. 10/10 on case design. The only thing I find a little off about the tablet is the screen. Don't get me wrong its beautiful, especially at high brightness. But it has an odd depth to it that results in a type of shadow effect. At lower brightness levels this can make it uncomfortable for viewing, especially if I'm using it for reading. I've used a lot of tablets and this one is the first to have this type of display effect. Its not enough of an issue and only happens for me in such limited situations that I didn't feel it warranted removing a star. This tablet is gaming focused and for that its outstanding.
I combine this with a Gamesir G8 Plus and the Lenovo Pen for my travels. When the device needs to be a work device it is. When it's time to emulate games or play Android games, it delivers.
My only gripe is that you have to charge the Lenovo pen via usb C and it does not charge via capacitive means.
The included case is nice to have but very ineffective with the pen.

Normally I dont want or care for pre-installed software but Lenovo's Game Assistant tab is amazing. You can overclock the hardware with it, force higher resolutions than the game supports, force different aspect ratios (useful for split screen multiboxing), force games to recognize stylus inputs, force direct power battery bypass to prevent overheating, and so much more. And it remembers your settings for each game. Some other brands have something similar but Lenovo's is far superior. This tablet isn't just really affordable hardware, it's also proprietary software designed for gaming.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to a Lenovo Legion Tablet Gen 5 because my old iPad was basically running on hopes, prayers, and 12% battery. The Legion loads apps so fast it feels personally offended I ever used anything else. The iPad has been moved to a peaceful retirement facility where it can take 47 seconds to open Safari without judgment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted an 8" tablet that could handle home, work and entertainment stuff quickly and cleanly. The Legion Gen 5 is easily the fastest tablet ever for me. Since it's not used for gaming, I can't comment on that. But for reading, writing, and streaming hi-rez tunes it is a gem. The display options are wonderful. Of course the OS is Android, but we dug that hole ourselves and jumped on in, so now we have to live with that or the other OS. Still, this Lenovo is worth the extra bucks.
