I really enjoy the style and feel of the earbuds. Quality and Noise Cancellation works really well. Only issue I have is that it sometimes doesn't pair smoothly with my iphone. I understand it is not an apple product but the description on the product says it was made for iphones and sometimes I have to play with it for it to pair.
I have small ears and have been on the hunt for years for an ear bud that fits and is comfortable for long periods and am happy to say my hunt is over. These earbuds are perfect for me. And can not dismiss the excellent sound quality! Thank you!
I have been a dedicated Bose purchaser for a long time... have probably owned a dozen or so different products over the past 15 years. These QuietComfort earbuds sound great and fit really well during runs, but the biggest problem I have with them is they actually lose a lot of charge when idle in the case. Mine were fully charged, and after not being able to run for 2 weeks, I put them in my ear and it said battery life was low, so I couldn't use them. I understand a little bit of drainage, but not that much. Two other brands that I have buy will not mention never have this issue.

Hi Darryl, it's great to hear of your loyalty to Bose and I'm glad the QC Earbuds II have been great so far! We reached out to you directly with some assistance regarding the battery life issue. One full charge should provide six hours, with the case holding an additional eighteen hours, so please try the steps at https://bose.life/422bTZr. Do let us know if the problem persists by reaching back out to us, or getting in touch at https://bose.life/3ET4mCs, so we can assist you further with this if needed.
They are comfortable and stable, I can wear them workout. Sound is very good if you are a bass head. For me, I still prefer AirPods Pro's spacial audio sound. They have problems: 1. strong static noises. If you in a quiet place, and don't play any music, like a rainy day. 2. Connection unstable. This happens everyday. Sometimes one buds suddenly lose the connect after 1-2 sec reconnected. Yesterday when I was on the treadmill, after 20mins running, the left bud stopped playing music, only right bud playing sound, looks like I have to put them in the case to reconnect, but I can't stop running at that time, really annoying. Overall, I'm very satisfy the fit, and ANC. Sound is also very good. If Bose can fix static noise and connection problem, I would recommend them to all my friends.

It has a nice design, appealing color, and is suitable for music and calls. However, it is not suitable for working out or jogging, contrary to what I was told.

I bought the QC II’s a few weeks ago. I had bought a pair of the Sport Earbuds with the cord about 5 years ago, and loved them so much. At the beginning of this year, they started falling apart and I was devastated, but I knew Bose would have something new I would love. The QC II’s are amazing. I love being able to go from Quiet mode to Aware mode. This really helps me at work so no one accidentally sneaks up on me! I do wish they came in different colors. I loved the light blue of the original QC’s. Black, dark blue, and dark grey just are not very different. I would love to see pink or purple.
My only complaint is the connectivity. I go back and forth from connecting to my iPhone to connecting to my iPad. With my old Bose Sport Earbuds, I could easily switch the devices via my Bluetooth settings page. The QC II’s require the Bose app and it gets confused easily. There are times where I had been connected to my iPad at work, but then when I get in my car to drive home, I can’t get them to connect to my iPhone. The earbuds make the connect and disconnect chime over and over and over and I can’t get them to connect at all. It’s very frustrating.
Overall I love the earbuds. They are comfy, light weight, and easy to use (when they connect). I love being able to switch back and forth from Quiet Mode to Aware Mode. My favorite feature is when I pull out an earbud, whatever I am listening to automatically stops until I put the earbud back in. My only problem is the app and connectivity. About 25% of the time, it won’t connect no matter what I do.
