I received the QuietComfort earbuds II about a week ago. They have very good sound quality. However, I have an issue with the earbuds staying in my ears. That is, they tend to fall out unexpectedly. I did use the smaller size rubber push in sleeve, but the results are the same. I don't feel comfortable wearing them out in the community in fear of losing one of them. I am still trying to make this product work for me.

I also have the Samsung ear buds and the quality in sound for music is amazing compared to them as far as noise cancelation ...I am really enjoying them .

Only works for a few kobths

I have had several pairs of these earbuds and I have had to return each one for replacement. Each pair has had the same issue where one of the earbuds begins to have a cracking and popping static noise that is so loud I cannot hear the music. If i hadn’t spent so much money on these and would be given a full refund instead of only replacements I would not have these any longer. Do not recommend!

For a product with comfort in the name, these are the most uncomfortable earbuds I've ever had. My ears start hurting within minutes of putting them in. No matter which eartips or stability bands I choose, I start hurting within minutes. Bose should be ashamed for calling these comfort. Past the 90 day return by a few days, otherwise I'd return them. I should have heeded the reviews about them being uncomfortable.

in full charged run on 2 to 3 hours only. Music quality awesome but phone call experience not so good.
