Downgrade from the QuietComfort Earbuds I

I upgraded from the QuietComfort Earbuds I and after 5 days of use, I returned mine and hope to get a new one. It's been now 8 days since I shipped my QuietComfort II to Bose so that they can send me new ones, and they have asked that I wait 5 more days to call back if I don't hear from them. The issue with the QuietComfort II and why I have returned them for a new one? They don't do noise cancellation. None at all. You can toggle, reset, do absolutely everything in the settings, and it was not cancelling noise. They could be in quiet mode and I could hear conversations perfectly. I had the QuietComfort I so I know how these should work, and the ones I got did not work. I can't say that the replacements will work yet since they haven't arrived. So for now, 1 star. I also felt that the new design, while it's lighter, is flawed in many ways. I couldn't find an ear piece adjustment that worked, even if there are now 6. vs 3 in the previous version. They are lighter, but more hard plastic touches your ear vs the silicone, so they are more uncomfortable. I already paid for them, so guess I need to wait until my replacement. If those don't work, don't know.

Great ear buds for the price

Best sounding earbuds I've ever owned by far..I mow about 30 properties and these are great, they drown out the mower noise and I don't have to have them turned way up and they sound great!

I just received two days ago and the only problem I see is fitting in both of my ears and it doesn’t seem to fit on these three sizes. Please advise.

I exceeded my expectations!

I owned the bose quietcomfort 1 and loved them. They eventually would not charge any longer and out of warranty. So I purchased quietcomfort II. What a difference!! They are wonderful. I used them on an intercontinental flight yesterday. I had them set on quiet. I fell deeply asleep. When we landed, my husband had to let me k ow we were about to land. I took them out and it was so so noisy. There were complaints around us from passengers complaining about traveling 7 hours listening to them cry and talk loudly. I had no idea that had happened. Don’t hesitate if you want a nice upgrade to quiet comfort II. You will not be sorry!

I have been using these for about 2 weeks now and they’re just awesome. I work from Home and talk to patients all day, these earbuds connected flawlessly, cut out ANY ambient noise, and last through my day. Now, the music just sounds SO solid. I have used Raycon E50s for years, they were great but as I use my earbuds quite a bit, they are showing their age. I thought the Raycons were great but, my God, Bose took it to another level. Very happy with my purchase. I would say, if you take care of your stuff (they’re not exactly cheap), then, without hesitation, but these right now. Now, I love my wife, but I would never but shades or earbuds over 10 bucks for her because she just doesn’t take care of stuff like this. Hope this helps
