Lightweight, compact - easy to pack and take anywhere. Overall, great/full sound. Occasionally feel insecure, especially when running...got to keep adjusting to ensure they stay put, but usually not a problem while walking or lifting weights.
To be completely honest I've been a Sony ear bud and headphone fan for 20 years and had all intentions of buying the latest Sony x5 buds. I decided to compare these Bose to the Sony s and couldn't believe that I liked the Bose better and it's mostly due to the better bass which Sony has always been known for
I bought these but immediately returned them cause they fall out of my ears after five min. I used to have the older ones that were yellow and the ear piece was perfect as it wraps the inside of ear holding the ear buds in. The news ones where impossible to use as every time u touched them they did something else. Not a good design in my mind

Thank you for your review of the QuietComfort Earbuds II!
I'm very sorry to hear that you couldn't get the earbuds to stay in. The QuietComfort Earbuds II come with different sizes of eartip and stability band, as well as a fit test within the Bose Music app. We always recommend trying out these different permutations.
If that fails, alternate eartip and stability band sizes are available from our customer service team. This should enable most users to find a fit that is secure and comfortable for them.
Call quality isn't good like the other person can't hear me

Hi Michelle,
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with calls. This is generally attributed to poor placement of the earbuds in the ear or excessive ambient sound interfering with the mics. I recommend ensuring the buds are positioned well to ensure the microphones are pointing directly to your mouth.
