Best I have ever used

These are truly a joy to use. From the second I put them in and heard that tone to calibrate to my ear, to hours later of use, pure joy. The app walked me through a lot of the features and sizing the ear buds to my ears for a correct fit. I had to experiment with a few size adjustments before I found the perfect fit. I have always been afraid of my buds falling out. These fit so well I have no fear going on runs with them. I found the app to be useful and like that I could make my own modes for noise canceling levels and label them. It also provides tips and more insight into the features available. App is also what's needed to perform updates on these buds. I had an update waiting upon setup and they continued to work while it was preparing the update. The noise canceling on these is unparalleled in the buds category. With aware mode activated you are still hearing your surroundings and almost feels like they aren't in. When it detects a loud noise it cancels it out automatically. When placed on quiet mode they tune you out of the surroundings for a very immersive experience with your audio. The touch controls on these are great and worked well. I have to remind myself I don't have to touch them very hard at all. I found the battery life of the buds and the case to be excellent. I used these all day at work, but not continuously and they kept going. Doesn't take long to charge them from the case and I found myself placing them in the case periodically and they were ready to go again by time I picked them up again. The sound on these is amazing. It truly brings you into your music and its like a small concert inside your head. Paired with the noise canceling of these buds and you have a very pleasant experience. Phone calls on these have been crystal clear and everyone says they can hear me well. Overall these have been the best ear buds I have owned and I think Bose hit this one out of the park. There are some features I wish they had still, but they have provided a frustration free experience with great sound and noise canceling.

Great sound but could be better.

The sounds on these buds are great. You can really hear the quality. Battery life is great as well. Unfortunately there is no wireless charging. And the other down side is they become heavy and even start to hurt after wearing them for about an hour.

Ultimate Comfort and Sound Quality

It's Bose. So you are expecting them to be fantastic sound quality. Of course. But what you're not expecting is for these to be so comfortable that you can literally leave them in your ears all day long and not even know that they're there. With the noise cancellation I can easily block out any and all sounds in my house that I do not want to hear. That fan that's on? Can't hear it. That dog that's barking that you don't want to hear? Can't hear it. These have some of the best active noise cancellation I have literally ever heard in my entire life. I have headphones from the other big brands and these blow them out of the water. But like I said earlier, the real star of this is the comfort. I find frequently with headphones that I cannot leave them in my ears for more than about an hour and a half because it become uncomfortable. However these are exceptional I had these in my ear for an extended period of time the other day doing work. It was about 4 hours and I never once took them out or had to readjust them. The comfort alone is more than enough to make these worth their purchase price. The case and being able to have extra charges in it is also absolutely exquisite.

Outstanding Sound quality and comfort

I was excited to try these Bose QuitComfort II earbuds & they did not disapoint. Set up was so easy. Pretty much right out of the box they were ready to go. What I found most amazing though is just how comfortable these earbuds are.

Lacks a very important feature

I was so excited for this earbuds by BOSE .Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations.The sound quality is great ,noise cancelling is awesome .I disliked that if I loose one earbud is so hard to find it.There’s no sound that can be played to find it. I had a hard time taking the earbuds out of the case.Connection issues as well. I would skip a song and than I would have to stop doing what I was doing to reconnect them .Not happy but I’m glad I tried them .Thank you to the Insiders, Bose needs improvement in playing a sound to find earbuds ,las location does not help.I do not recommend them.

Excellent NC headphones

So excited to review this headphones. It checked all the boxes on my list with excellent score. I was looking for a good quality noise cancelling headphones that had high audio quality as well. Having used Bose's Sport headphones that does not have noise canceling, was very annoying and finally Bose filled the gap with this one. It has great fit on the ears, near 0 noise cancellation and great sound. Battery life is great too, I could use it for almost 3 days with about 2-3 hours of listening to music. The compact size and light weight is easy to carry in pocket. Only thing I missed in this one compared to Sports model is "Find Me" feature. It is not possible to located it remotely and hence could be easy to loose it.

Greatest Earbuds out There

Firstly, I would love to say that when I received my earbuds, I was initially disappointed because I tried downloading the app and connecting my earbuds, but it would not work. It wasn't until the next day when I saw an add on TV for a new Bose earbud, that I realized that I had the product before anyone else!! AMAZING!! I have to admit that I have tried at least 10 other types of earbuds and have always ended up giving them to my relatives or friends. But, these are the best that I have tried as of yet. Needless to say, the quiet and aware function is remarkable. I used to always use just one earbud, to be aware of what is going on around me, but now I wear both!!! Yes the touch is a bit sensitive, I brush my hair behind my ear and the earbud thinks I am pausing the song, but I would rather it be more sensitive than have to constantly push and try to have it do what I want. The fit is a little picky at first until you put the right attachment and then once your ear gets used to wearing it, it becomes invincible. I also love that you can sinc and save up to 6 devices. It makes life so easy to switch from one device to another. I always leave my Bluetooth on, so it is amazing how quickly it switches from my phone to my computer. I would recommend these without any hesitation or doubt. It is the best product you will find out there!! Thank you to The Insiders for this amazing find!!
