Have owned many over the earlier Bose headphones, excellent quality. Wanted these to work, appear very well made, case is great, no issues connecting. Problem is with ANC, had to listen at full volume, regardless of device (Samsung phone, iPad, etc). If not a lot of ambient noise, no issue, but on an airplane, which was my biggest want, brutal to hear anything. Sent back, will hopefully find in-ears that work with another manufacturer.

I have not been able to find a single flaw within these earbuds. The battery is long lasting and the sound quality is great. They are easy to carry, easy to manage, and they stay out at all times. I love them and I would purchase them again.

I bought this when it came out, and it won't charge at all. I plug it in the c charger and no charge.

Hello, it is unusual to hear that the battery is not charging on your Quietcomfort Earbuds II. You can find guidance here to resolve this issue https://bose.life/3s3XEUh If you need any further assistance, please reach out to us directly at https://bose.life/3kp6LLF Thanks, Matt - Customer Service
Sound quality is awesome and noise cancellation works very well. One issue is why Bose did not keep the wireless charging. Another issue is not having ability to use either earbud solo. That is a big issue for me since I use my earbuds at work a lot and have to be aware of what is happening around me so I use whichever is away from areas of concern. Being able to use either at any given time is a rather big issue for me. Getting this issue resolved would help immensely.

Hello,
I can appreciate your concerns regarding not being able to use an individual bud at any given time. I'm pleased to confirm the ability to use either bud solo will be added in a firmware update in the near future!
After getting the alternative size and it fitting perfectly, Ive been struggling to not keep them in as much as I can. They're comfortable and the sound is amazing.
I can hear great. Music is fantastic on NC. Battery life is absolutely terrible. Maybe 3 hours before a charge is required. Having the reserve in the box is not a cool feature… required. Not an all day device. On PC calls (zoom webex and gmeet are what we use at work) my voice quality is terrible. Again can hear but heard from multiple people on multiple platforms that i sound horrible. The mic sucks. Itd be 1 star if music and audio books werent so good. Better NC than my over ear Bose QC. That mic started to have issues after a year… why i bought these. If you want a good work bud, the jabra with the dongle. Have those too. No noise canceling but very crisp talk and speaker. Have a jabra for my voip too that sounds as good today as it did 6 years ago when i got it. Can be 150’ from it before it loses it. Just know your purpose. These arent multi purpose.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are as expected to be in quality when you refer to a prestige brand like Bose. I got these earbuds for my wife that always complains that the other popular brand headphones slip out of her ear when she is running. She raves on the comfort of the earbuds due to the rubber insert. I popped them in and was impressed with the sound that emits from those two tiny earbuds. NOISE CANCELLATION: The noise cancelling feature is neat if you like to zone out and focus either on work or if you do not want background noise while you listen to your favorite podcast or artist. We tested the earbuds on with our daughter that was playing on her tablet and sure enough it was as if you entered a quiet room as soon as you popped the headphones in. We are looking forward to our next flight to test out how the airplane sounds get canceled out. PROS: Besides the obvious sound quality that is a huge positive for these earbuds, the automatic connection to her mobile device was something that my wife wanted when she popped them in. The design of the Bose earbuds is clean and fluid with nature as it reassembles a black pebble. CONS: If there was anything that we wished for it would be for wireless charging. It is no biggie since the battery does last a long time. I’ve worn the earbuds for 9 uses and somehow they are still 100% charged. Very impressed and overall I do recommend the Bose earbuds if you are in the market for quality sound.
