Music and features are great - fit/connect is okay

The music quality and noise cancelling are great. When I leave it in my ear too long the bottom of my inner ear hurts. The connectivity between my phone and Bose QC II is good but when I pick up the phone by not tapping the headphones it disconnects the volume so I have to manually switch it back to speaking through the Bose.

These are by far more superior than the previous model, great advancements with noise, cancellation, and being able to forward through music and most importantly, they work every time he must have

Best ANC on the market today

The Bose QC Earbuds II are the best on the market today. I tried past versions, and have the new Apple AirPods Pro II and others and the ANC is amazing on the Bose vs all others. I keep hearing about Sony and Bose outperforms, period.
