Previously owned Bose HearPhones and loved them. As they aged, needed to replace them and Bose personnel advised the QuietComfort Plus is what they recommended. While great at pure ANR cancellation, they do NOT have ability to control background noise while remaining focus on forward conversations and NOT anywhere close to the functionality of the HearPhones. Now looking for other manufacture options to replace.
I've only had the Bose QC earbuds II for a week and they are everything I expected. The sound is great and the noise cancellation is on par with any other in ear headphone I have had. The different modes are nice depending on the environment your in. The left ear bud doesn't seem to fit (falls out with time) as well as the right. I think I will be able to fix it with changing out the ear piece with time. The battery is good so far. I charged the case once this week with about 1 -1.5 hours of use each day. They are easy to use and the features are good. I do like the design better then other brands. Over all I'm happy with the purchase.
My Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II have features that are great. They are light, fit well into my ears, I like the way they turn off automatically when removed. But there is only one level of noise reduction, and noise reduction is the main reason I bought them. That one level is inadequate for me. I still hear too much of the crappy music blasted at the gym.

Hello Fredi, I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the many features of the QC earbuds II such as fit, lightness and automatic power off system. I would recommend changing the eartip stability band sizes to further improve the noise cancellation, the correct pairing will help create a seal in your ear which boosts audio performance and noise cancellation. I bought Bose Quiet Comfort II because the reviews said that it had the best noise cancelling of the currently available earbuds and the gym I go to plays its speaker music so loud I can't hear my own headset. Unfortunately, the Bose earbuds didn't help at all with dampening the gym's speaker music. Also, the earbuds kept falling out of my ears despite trying all the tips and stability bands that came with the delivery. When I found out that the Bose app can't track the location for these earbuds if they fall out , I returned them. Still waiting for my credit card to be credited after 6 days..

Hello Tom, I am sad to hear that you could not find the best fit with the included eartips and stability bands. It is worth knowing that we do offer alternate sized eartips packs that include extra small and extra large stability bands and eartips: https://bose.life/3uGCZXG. Fit great ….but the software stinks. Always have problems using with iPhone 12 . No seamless integration like with AirPods
