I never have used Bose previously and the item I bought is not easy to use. I see that it have hard time connecting when I use only a left ear bud. After I connect them, they disconnect when I switch between apps. And I can sense some noise even when there is no music playing. I felt hard to get them out of charging case and putting them back in.

Hello Vick,
I understand that they've been difficult to use as you've had trouble with the connection. I've got great news for you as our new firmware update for the earbuds allows you to use either earbud independently for music and phones. A benefit of this new feature is that they will also switch which one is the primary and secondary earbud to ensure they maintain the strongest connection to you devices. Make sure you get them updated through the Bose Music app, and follow the app instructions to update them.
The noise you're hearing when not listening to music could be that you've switched them to aware mode, or you're hearing the noise floor of the electronics inside. Take a look at the steps here https://bose.life/3S7anla for help, or you can also reach out to us https://bose.life/38DNELy for further support if needed.
I gave these to my husband for Christmas and he loves them! He said they are super comfortable and the sound is amazing. He likes that you can adjust the noise cancellation.
I bought these a few weeks ago. Unbelievable product. Bose has outdone themselves. Definitely an upgrade from previous version. Much more comfortable. Sound is better also.
These are by far the best earbuds I've owned. My Samsungs were good but would come out of my ears. Could never get a good fit. The Bose QC II fit great & keep the outside noise out. Very much worth the $$.
I just bought two of this item. One for myself and the other one for my hubby. Its pretty good especially the noise cancelling feature. I just really wish it has the feature of airpods thats you can track it. Apparently Find My Buds only works for Bose SoundSport earbuds.
I bought a set of Sony noise cancelling ear buds before this (WF-1000MX4) because they cost $100 less and were highly-rated. Despite being adjustable in one way, they were heavy in the ear, came loose, were uncomfortable, and even fell out a couple of times. They make a horrific sound with each step and had their sound compromised as a result. I returned those and bought the Bose Quietcomfort earbuds II instead and couldn’t be happier. The 2nd level of adjustment in the outer ear makes all the difference in fit, comfort and ultimately sound. I love these ear buds and would highly recommend them to anyone. The sound is awesome, the app is easy to use and the charging case that recharges the buds without plugging them in is a great feature.
The earbuds II are perfect for me. I use them on my walks with the dog, use it listen to the TV in the middle of the night without having to wake people up in the house. The noise cancellation works very well and to my satisfaction. Hope things don't change in the future.
