I’ve had multiple issues with the product, whether it is connecting to the Bluetooth or one of the headphones suddenly not working.

Thanks for your review. If the source being used for VolP is equipped with Bluetooth technology enabled with the hands-free profile (HFP), then the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II can be connected and used for calls. A reset corrects minor processors errors. Unless indicated otherwise, product settings are not lost during a reset.
I waited over a month before writing this review since I only review purchases after I get a good amount of use of them and since it's been almost 2 months let's do this. Ok everyone has heard of Bose and many have heard of their sound quality and outside sound canceling technology but let me tell you that until you experience these things you just don't know how hood they truly are. I've always kinda liked Bose and I've owned a few of their products off and on over the decades but wow oh wow are these great earbuds, the sound quality is excellent and the app super easy to operate giving you a lot of control over your person sound experience using these earbuds. The crisp clear beautiful sound is just so dang sweet and are great to listen to podcasts but when you go to music is when they really shine and will make you smile. Now let's talk about the sound canceling on these Bose earbuds as it is a-freaking-mazing and I was unprepared for just how much they block when you turn on "Quiet" mode on the app, everything fades out and you are alone with whatever you are listening too which makes the uninterrupted voices/music even better. Last is the fit, these earbuds will not fall out or shift in your ear and I found the mounting seal not only unique but very comfortable. I have worn these earbuds for 2-3 hours at a time and never did my ears feel any fatigue during or after as I've experienced on other in ear headphones and earbuds. The one tiny downside of my earbuds is that when watching my TV in front of my treadmill the earbuds dont have much volune and i havent found how i can take conttol if the volume of the actual buds whike connected to the tv unit but this is a small issue really as I rarely use headphones on my treadmill. The bottom line is I'm thoroughly happy with my Bose earbuds and enjoy using them as they seem to have given new life to my music and workouts. I will definitely keep my eye out for more Bose products in the future when shopping for audio products.
Bought these to see if they were more comfortable than the sport earbuds I got a year ago. IMO they definitely are more comfortable and quieter than the sport model but hey that's just me.
Very good sound. Excellent QuietComfort feature, as advertised. However, the pairing is difficult and cumbersome and one would have to have different pairs for each gadget, because they just keep connecting to one that is paired with, without my "consent" ( for example TV, if that was watched last, but now I want to use them with my phone, tablet, I have to go through the whole, long re-pairing cycle, that is not easiest and sometimes have to be repeated, because it does not work for the first time). I guess they are great if you can afford as many of them as you have appliances. The Bose app seems a great feature at first, but then it's just bloatware on your phone.
