I've had these headphones for about two weeks, and while the sound is genuine. There is constant connection issues with my Apple Watch and iPhone. With more than 75% battery, the headphones fail to connect thru the app, after I've restarted all devices I still have the problem, will look into returning.

Best sounding ear buds hands down. I’ve owned the previous model but decided to upgrade. Returned the first pair. Often one or both buds wouldn’t charge to 100%. I’m having the same issue with my new ones too.

They have excellent sound but not stable. There are times one side of the headphones works and the other doesn’t. Also, I have the large attachment on the headphones, but there are times when you place them in the case, you need to press hard on the headphones so they are getting a charge of they remain on and lose battery.

I like the BQC but I can't find the right ear fit. I also experienced the dropped connection and I wish the case had a battery level indicator on it as the bose sports. I like the fit of BCS better than the BQC.
I bought these hoping that they would prove to be the best wireless ear buds in 3 areas: 1) fit; 2) sound quality; 3) features.
1) Fit = 5/5 ~ Definitely the best fitting ear buds I've owned (compared to Apple AirPods, way better!) 2) Sound Quality = 5/5 ~ They are the best sounding wireless ear buds I've owned. The Bose app allows you to EQ your sound, which is superior to all competitors on the market. 3) Features = 3/5 ~ The noise cancelling/ "Quiet" mode is great... typical Bose quality. But the "Aware" mode isn't as good as Apple's AirPods. Also, the volume control is clunky... you need to slide your finger up or down, but the ear buds are small and often times, it will respond with stop and play, rather than adjusting your volume.
I bought this several months ago and have been happy with them. Sometimes I have connectivity issues when start using the earbuds after the call has started. But it has been on rare occasions.
I bought this 2 weeks ago, and become my daily tws. For music, gaming on my steam deck is like a dream come true. Bass and Sub Bass region is sometimes I don’t believe it. It rumbling like watching in theaters, very2 satisfying sensations, like it so much. Playing Kena the Bridge of Spirit and currently playing Octopath Traveller 1, very good sound. But for some music, sub bass region sometimes hit or miss, sometimes feel like to much bass. But overall, i love it. This sound signature is somehow very unique.
