Hi, it is great to hear you enjoy the sound of your earbuds! I am surprised to hear that the app is connecting with your earbuds. It is important the bluetooth access is enabled in your phones settings as this is how the phone and earbuds communicate. We also have a great guide to help you make sure the app is working how it should: https://bose.life/3nCPIdP
Two complaints. They are hard to remove from their case. And I wish that the case had the ability to have wireless charging. Other than that, they are golden.
I like the sound. They are a step above as far as clarity. The fit leaves something to be desired. They also sometimes have trouble staying paired to my iPhone.
I've been through alot of earbuds including the Sony WF-1000XM4's and neither pair comes to the Bose QC ll's. I'm totally amazed of the noise cancelation, it's like you turned the outside world off and the sound is phenomenal. From the deep bass of the guitar and drums, all the way through vocals to the instant the drum stick hits the cymbals, it's all there. I'm very picky about the how i want my music to sound and with some fine tuning between two equalizers these Bose QC II's delivers hands down. Also with the correct tips and and isolation rings they'll rest comfortably in your ears without having to worry about falling out or cramming them in to get a better sound. They may be a little pricey but they are definitely worth the money.
I bought these three weeks ago, and while generally they’re alright, the noise canceling couldn’t keep up with the 3-4 clack per second noise of the folding machine I work at, and instead of quieting the noise it projected the clack of the machine in my ear. The first generation quiet comfort did a better job, and although bigger, they are the ones I use at work. Also I miss the multiple led on case taking off charge level. Also multiple times after charging, put in ear and buds were not at full power, but were almost dead. I also miss the double tap to pause and play.

Hi Matthew,
I’m sorry to hear that your headphones may be underperforming in terms of noise cancellation and charging. We reached out to your directly to help with this concern. In case you haven't seen it, this is what we mentioned.
The combination of both active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. You may still hear higher-pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced. If you feel that this is not the case, please check out the following article with our troubleshooting recommendations - https://bose.life/3zoZwKS.
To ensure you are familiar with the LED status, you can see what each combination means here - https://bose.life/3Mb7jDI.
You may be experiencing some difficulty with the charging if the stability bands are not correctly fitted. This can block the earbuds from making a solid connection with the charging pins in the case. You can see here how the bands should fit - https://bose.life/3zjP47A. You’ll also find some extra troubleshooting in case this does not resolve the issue.

I keep having to reset these, only a month after purchase, they won't stay connected
