Hi, I am glad to hear that you love the sound of the earbuds. It is surprising that your earbuds are disconnecting. I would recommend setting up the bose music app which is a great way to get notifications as soon as updates are avaliable! https://bose.life/3AJum1B

I have purchased all models of BOSE bluetooth earbuds over the years and so far I am not happy with the performance of these earbuds. I wear them for hours as I ride my bicycle and my complain is that the connection keeps on getting lost most of the times when I turn my head. I have tried it on different phones and I get the same issue. I have tried resetting the earbuds and have not been able to fix this issue. 1st pair of BOSE QUIET COMFORT II earbuds had this Issue and got a replacement and still same issue.

Hi, I am glad to hear you are a big fan of Bose and own many of our products. I am surprised to hear that your earbuds during bicycle rides. You mentioned you have had this happen with multiple pairs of this model. I am certain that setting up the bose music app and updating the earbuds will allow the connection to stay stable whilst on the move: https://bose.life/3HrlLo1
If you still find this is happening, I recommend making sure the fit is secure as noise leakage can overwhelm the microphone used for noise cancelling and lead to the earbuds briefly dropping connection: https://bose.life/3VnXhBZ

I just purchased and I love them! I have the AAP’s and they don’t come close to what Bose has to offer. Now don’t get me wrong, l love my APs. The sound and quality is just awesome! I’m happy I made this purchase!
Everyone complains about not hearing me when in a tractor cab , unbelievable the amount of money you can spend for ear buds that won’t work for your environment

Hi. Sorry to hear that your callers can't hear you when using your tractor. Tractor noise may enter the microphone capsule and render other audio unintelligible. Turning off the engine may allow for clear audio reproduction. If you require further assistance, please contact us here. https://bose.life/3BgUIIU. We would love to help. I bought these to replace my airpods. I take 4 to 6 flights a week. While wearing my airpods I could always still hear the noise of the planes engine. With my new Bose ear buds, all I hear is my music, crystal clear! Worth the money!
I have had these for 3weeks the left earbud will not stay connected when I remove the right. I don’t just use these to listen to music I like to have a hands free ear devise

Hi there,
Please make sure that your earbuds are updated to the latest firmware version. As the latest update added left earbud independent usage. The guide here https://bose.life/3Lmhm70 can help, or you can contact us https://bose.life/38DNELy for further support.
I had the QC1’s which I really loved. Best sounding wireless earbuds I owned but wanted the QC2 for the smaller size. They are quite a bit smaller which is great but to my surprise the sound quality and noise isolation are even better. No doubt the best sounding earbuds.
I was on the hunt looking for great quality EarPods because the Apple brand do not stay in my ears, and over the ear headphones are too heavy. I thought Bose would be the best choice. I’ve had them for just a few weeks. The positive is that they do stay very comfortably in my ears, no falling out, no discomfort at all. They connect to my iPhone with no issues. One thing I did discover was when I attempted to use the other day, they would not connect even though they were at 30%. Not sure why connection was not possible. It seems they’ll always need to be close to a full charge if I plan to use them.
