I am a Bose loyalist. Have been for years. I was replacing my QC Earbuds just because I wanted something "new". Some initial issues 1) Everything is so damned slippery, including the additional silicone case, that I assume an early death or loss of these buds is inevitable. Have to handle them like a fabrage egg. 2) Getting the right fit was very painful and frustrating. The included pieces didn't fit my earholes (admittedly "unique", which is why I loved the ear hooks of prior Bose buds). Finally, with the extra fit kit, and about 45 min of trying various combinations, I finally achieved the correct and comfortable size for me. Sound is still top notch, calls are clear, and noise cancelling is fabulous (travel by air very regularly, and these are my only buds). It was a bit of a slog, but I will be happy as long as these little bits don't fall out of my hands and break/disappear.
I have been using Bose earbuds since 2018. For several years I have been using the sport earbuds which fit well but did not have noise cancelling. They were great for running and biking. I had purchased the original Quiet Comfort and they never really seemed to fit well. Also they were HUGE, probably a reason why they didn't always stay in my ears. They worked fine for walking around, but not as good for running or biking. I love running and biking. Recently one of my sport earbuds got knocked out and ran over by a car. Obviously I had to replace them. So I was happy to see the Bose Quiet Comfort II buds available. BEST BUDS YET!
They have stability bands which really seem to help keep the buds in place, NO issues while running or biking! They never feel like they are going to fall out. Plenty of options to find the correct size for each individual. These buds are much smaller than the first generation, sleeker design too. Connect easier than any other Bose earbud I have had. The noise cancelling is amazing, much improved from the last pair. I am very satisfied with the Bose Quiet Comfort II Earbuds!
I bought the product a month and a half ago and I was really excited. Unfortunately it stopped connecting to my various devices after six/seven weeks, even though I tried resetting the whole thing following the troubleshooting instructions on the website. The noise cancellation and voice quality are good, but it’s still disappointing having to deal with connection issues this early on

I love the earbuds. They feel good in my ear. The only problem with them is that I have trouble connecting them to my phone. It asks me to connect them manually every time. Sometimes my bluetooth is on and it says they are connected but when I put them on I do not hear anything.

Hello,
It's great to hear you love the QC Earbuds II but I'm sorry to learn you've had issues connecting them to your phone. That certainly shouldn't happen. I recommend having Bluetooth on your phone in the on position, before opening the case and removing the buds, the buds will then automatically start searching for the device they are paired with. If that doesn't happen, you should unpair the earbuds from the Bose Music app, then establish a new connection. That should resolve any potential corruptions.
If you still have problems, we welcome you to reach out to us for support, we'll be happy to help. https://bose.life/3ET4mCs
The quality of the Bose QuietComfort earbuds is fantastic. They were easy to setup/pair with my phone and computer. My only complaint is the charge. I wish they lasted a little longer
