[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gazelle sprinter came with easy to understand instructions. You will need to be mindful of the cables when assembling that you don't get them on the wrong side of the pole. When assembling the display screen to the the pole watch to make sure you don't have it tilted to far down or you will not be able to see the display while on the sprinter.
The Gazelle does fold pretty flat so it is easy to put it away after use if you do not have a designated space for it. The Gazelle is easy to use and seems to be low impact on my knees and joints. You do feel the resistance right away. The Gazelle does come with an exercise instruction book and a meal plan if you choose to follow it.

Pretty Good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine came in a box that I thought was pretty small. It did take some time and patience to put together but once I got it together it is working pretty well. Gives you a pretty good workout with a a few options so its not the same everytime.
