Game changer

This is a great attachment. It is a total game changer for tricep and back workouts. Then only real downfall is the weights swing if you start to go to fast. Other than that it’s a wonderful compliment to my workouts!

Easy to set up and use

I’m happy with the pulley and I’m glad I bought it. My only issue with it is the swing of the plate(s). I’m trying to think of a way to keep it from swinging back and forth like a pendulum. Maybe some crossstraps or resistance bands that don’t interfere with the plates? I’m doing my best to keep it from swinging by going as slow as possible. I’d still recommend it even with the tendency for it to swing like a pendulum.

Great for getting creative

It's easy to set up and very versatile. You can use it with different grips and for different workouts. Holds a lot of weight with no problems. I'm 210 and my brother is 165. Overall I would recommend these.

Highly impressed with the sturdiness. The cable and pulley are very nice quality. I was able to load 50 lbs without concern.

Everything looks and feel very high quality. Fits together nicely on my rack. I put it to the test last night and and the whole thing functions very smoothly! Highly recommend this!
