This rack/pull-up bar combo is great value for the price. I am 190 lbs and there was just a bit of wobble during high rep fast sets of pull-ups. Assembly was also surprisingly easy and enjoyable.

A Strong Frame that Builds Muscle

This power squat rack has allowed me not only to squat at home, bench and connect my plate loaded tricep attachment to complete lists and tris. A solid investment as I transition from the health club to home work outs. This power rack was essential in beginning to build my own home gym.

I didn't know what to expect because of the price range but I must say I am very impressed with the build quality. There is no wobble and overall the rack feels very sturdy. The pull up bar feels good. I found the plate storage to be useful so my plates aren't lying around.

The unit seems sturdy and well made. I haven't used it long enough but will update my review later. As for now, it's been a great investment that will let me work out at home instead of dealing with the gym.

Works well with lat pull down

This cage is absolutely fantastic! I added the lat pull down attachment and my home gym is complete... for now. Good quality, very sturdy, no shaking once I got everything tightened. I weigh about 270 pounds and can hang my weight at any angle and the cage won't tip over. So far, I am very happy with the quality of the cage and the lat pull down attachment.
