Works as a dash cam, however

The dash cam part of this works just fine.
The rear facing camera also works.
However this will not work as a standard rear view mirror if you need it to.
The screen is far too dark for that

Sadly I waited to long to find this out, so it's going to the trash

Dash cam works great, however...

It works great as a dash cam, however it is absolutely useless as a rear view mirror.
It powers on to dash cam mode and displays whatever is in front of you.
Pressing the button on the bottom of the unit kills the screen, but it's so dark you can see nothing in the rear view.

Doesn't fit onstar mirror

I don't know how well it works but it does not fit on the back up mirror that is equipped with onstar.
