Cheap keys

Keys are made of cheap plastic and started breaking after two months of light use. The keyboard feels heavy and sturdy which I like but the keys could be made out of metal instead for lower chance of failure. Not worth the cost.

The only thing that would be better for us would be if my tax exempt worked on every order instead of having to file it each time I order. We like the rechargeable keyboard and mouse.
Great ergonomic feel and overall experience but the software, compatibility and connectivity issues really need to be resolved

I searched far and wide to find a keyboard mouse combo that would meet my needs for the purpose for which I am using it. The Logitech Keys Combo for Business 2nd Gen is pretty close to what I needed but these are some shortcomings which drew me to the conclusion of leaving a 3 our of 5 star review for this product and my honest experience with it over the past few weeks.
1. I use it with multiple devices such as a Windows PC, MacBook (desktop like setup) and sometimes with my iPad. The Windows PC is connected with the Logitech Bolt USB dongle, the MacBook and iPad are connected through Bluetooth. Sometimes when I switch over between one system to another, I have to power the keyboard and mouse, one or the other off, then on again for it to connect.
2. I am running an older version of MacOS (High Sierra) which cannot run the Logitech Software that enables all of the customization features for the mouse and special shortcut keys for the keyboard which make this keyboard and mouse so great. On the PC, I am running Windows 10 and the software is compatible so at least when I want to see how much charge is remaining in my peripherals, I can switch to the PC and open the Logitech bolt application and see how much battery is remaining. I can’t do that on the Mac because the software is not compatible with MacOS High Sierra. I have tried everything including downloading an older version of the Logitech Software but those are all designed to run on the older and less secure Logitech Unifying Receiver so I can’t get it to work with the new Bolt connector.
3. The overall experience, especially relating to ergonomics with this mouse and keyboard is great! The keyboard is solid and has some weight to it making you think its cast out of Aluminium but it is actually hard plastic. The mouse feels great in the hand and is very precise. Overall I think for this price point, Logitech really needs to focus on the software and compatibility aspect of things.
I hope that Logitech works out some of these software issues and works out the kinks to be able to make everything more cross compatible, especially for devices in their own ecosystem.
I was debating whether to return this mouse and keyboard and go back to my old setup especially considering the price point of this keyboard and mouse combo, but the mouse feels so good in my hand and the keyboard feels so nice to type on that I have decided to keep it.
