Obviously blade is sharp since it’s new and love the feel while chopping. Haven’t used this knife or the others I’ve purchased concerning how they’ll hold up as well as how they’ll respond to professional sharpening as that’s how I sharpen my knives in between daily maintenance

I’ve had one of their knives for several years now, they stay sharp and are great quality. I purchased the Damascus set, and I’m more than happy with them. Razor sharp, the blades look amazing, and the handles fit your hand perfectly. I highly recommend their knives.
