Exactly as advertised

I bought this blender earlier this week and have used it several times since. The two sets of blades it comes with (blending and grinding blades) work well for their intended purposes. I really like the simplicity of the control knob and how easily the jars lock onto the blender. It helps me be certain I have placed them correctly and won't be causing any damage to the blender or making a mess.
One thing I had trouble with was the O-ring for one of the travel lids. It came out and I had a tough time re-inserting it with my fingers. I took a spoon and gently pushed it into place and that worked much better. It didn't end up being a big deal at all; just tough to do with my clumsy fingers.
The stainless steel finish to the blender base makes it easy to keep it clean after use and the size makes it easy to store. I haven't found the blender slips or anything when I use it.
Overall, I am pleased with the value of the blender and how well it has performed so far.
