Great rice cooker.

First time used and produced wonderful fluffy white rice. Didn’t stick in the pot, unlike other cookers. Low carb option sounds like a good choice.

This is an amazing rice cooker that has so many features that all function very well. It cooks fantastic tasting rice - both long and short grain variety. Steaming vegetables is very easy! The low carb rice function works very well too -- I noticed much less starch in the rice I cooked especially the short grain variety. Also, the rice cooker is very reasonably priced and cooks as well as my previous Zojirishu rice cooker which was significantly more expensive when I bought it over 10 years ago!
