This is a great addition to your kitchen. I use it to make literally everything. I will start with my protein and flavors until it is cooked. It never sticks. I don't have to stand over it and worry. Close to end of protein being done I will slide to one side and make my veggie. Great for me especially since I have to watch what foods I eat. No oil,or butter unless I want to add olive oil for flavoring. Never in my life have I been able to slide food on to a serving plate with out utensils and a push to encourage it or loosen the food. It's amazing! I can literally wipe with a paper towel and it is clean. I do wash it as that is the cleanliness in me and cross contamination. You have to get one! Trust me It is the best large pan I have ever used! Forgot to mention love the long handle and extra handle to support for meals that are heavy with good food of course!!!!

We just bought two more of these Rock pans in different sizes. I love that the handles are oven safe and they also come with a see-through lid. They feel so durable. They cook so evenly and the food never sticks. This makes washing up a breeze!
