I love the switch to white. But I'm afraid this router is very underpowered (dual core should be quad and double the memory at least). Traffic Monitors for 2.4, 5-1, 5-2, and 6 GHz-1 (shown as "6 GHz") are not functional, and missing 6 GHz-2: (I have a GT-BE98 Pro and BQ16 Pro).

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your disappointment with this switch and the inconvenience this may have caused if it did not meet your expectations. This EBG15 is a wired VPN router designed for small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) as part of a scalable network solution, and its hardware specifications is not underpowered, it is aligned with its intended function as a compact, possibly in-wall, wired router for business networks and as an access point controller. If you are experiencing slow performance, this can be related to your internet services, ensure this is connected to a working and stable internet connection. Additionally, ensure your routers are running with the most current firmware version. This device only monitors wired traffic, it doesn't monitor wireless traffic.

Dear Dthonsga, Thank you for your comment. We do understand your disappointment with this product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing connection problems. To resolve this issue, check if you are using a compatible and working network cable, ensure your modem is plugged in to the EBG15's WAN port, check if the SSID and password are correct. If you are using this as your main router, disable the WIFI access from your ISP's modem. Place the router in the center of the area you want to cover, avoid placing the router near metal objects, electronic devices or direct sunlight, position the router on a flat, hard surface and halfway between the floor and ceiling. Additionally, dense building materials, such as gypsum, concrete walls and planks can affect Wi-Fi signal. Also, we recommend updating the router's firmware if it is running with an older version. For helpful tips on how to setup this router correctly, please visit our Product Support page at: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1053345/.
