Everything went just fine except for one thing. I cannot find how to set the level of the TV. it moves/tilts right side up and left side down or vice versa. should be a screw the sets it, but I cannot find. The directions could have been a little more detailed. the screws I have left do not fit where I would think they would go. But really nice extension. I am happy, my problem is minor.

Great product. Works great with our 65" Samsung TV. Flexibility allows the TV to almost point 90degrees perpendicular to the wall it is mounted on, facing either direction.

This is a very heavy duty wall mount. I mounted mine by myself, however I disassembled the unit so I could handle the weight. It went up quite easily and was perfect for my 70" tv.

When the box arrived I was surprised and pleased how heavy it was. Mount is EXACTLY when I needed. TV mounts flush when needed, but extends far into room when needed and pivots 180 degrees with ease. Good instructions as well. Will buy again should I ever need another TV mount!
