Problem solved!

My older TV had a pedestal base , while my new one has the little legs way out at the ends. This mount allowed me to keep my smallish stand in a corner where nothing larger would work. Real glass base, with the hardware to mount to any TV using the threaded holes already there. I'm ordering another one for a different location. Well made and finished, you can't go wrong!

Mounted this on my 49\ tv then upgraded to a 55\" tv and mounted it with this. Probably won't work on a larger tv

Great look & concept but not the most stable

This mount fits my 43 Vizio perfect only thing is I wish it had a way to lock in the tv from moving side to side to where the tv and the bolted arms don't fall off the back plate that's actually holding the tv if that makes any sense. Basically if you accidentally bump on side of the tv it could slide off of the mount.

Did not think this mount would work, but I was hopeful to give it a try. Building this, I was so afraid of it not being able to hold up a 42 inch sony bravia tv, AND IT DID. I AM SOOOOO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE! It comes with a saftey wall hook to add additional support. It was already sturdy, but extra support never hurts especially since my tv is extremely heavy, about 50lbs. The base is glass and it looks so beautiful, I would recommend this to anyone and purchase this item in the future again for other tv's in my household!
