Great mounting arm. Just short like others. I am a taller than average person so just a personal issue only with this item.

Industrial? yes, its very strong, fully adjustable (tilt, rotate, orientation, all directions), and well built. Fit right thru my wooden desk cable port and left room for a couple monitor cables thru open slots. Saves so much desk space.

Excellent mount. Very sturdy. Would recommend placing a wood block between the table and the screws to prevent damage and even out the pressure.
