but if I needed the monitor high enough to where a box wouldn't easily reach, I would definitely have to find another ...

I have my 28 inch monitor mounted using this mount. I've mounted it using the desk clamp and grommet base and both worked well. There's not much to the install.I do get wobbling though and I'm unsure what to blame here. I didn't always have the wobbling so I figured something just loosened up since I installed it, but I've ensured everything's tight and my monitor still noticeably wobbles while typing. I've re-read the install guide that came with it to make sure that I didn't miss anything and I'm not seeing anything.To stop it for now I've just stuck a box underneath it so that the box is between my monitor and the desk which 100% stops the wobbling, but if I needed the monitor high enough to where a box wouldn't easily reach, I would definitely have to find another mount.

I wish it came with vertical adjustment plates or the ability to adjust the height of each monitor. Other than that great product. Did it stop me from coming up with my own improvement for extreme vertical heighy adjustments.

Box was a bit banged up but the item itself is made of metal and was in no real harm.Item over all is AMAZING. The tilt arms are a bit difficult to get to as you have to remove the covers for them to be able to tighten or loosen them, but that's not too bad to deal with. I have it mounted up with only 4 monitors, 1 28 monitor on the bottom with the side arms removed and the top 3 are taken up by 3 20 monitors. (See Photo) There's a slight amount of sag on the top side arms but I may have just not tighten them enough. All in all this is a GREAT product and I would highly recommend it for anyone who does game streaming like myself or does audio/video editing.

Faulty item

Giving it a three star because I don't know whether I got a bad one, but one of the arms holds up my monitor just fine but when I put my other monitor, the same one as the first, on the other side, it can't hold the weight. Again, I don't know if I got a faulty one, but I can only use one side and my other monitor is just sitting on my desk with the stand, completely defeating the purpose of why I bought the mount it.
