Bought 3 years ago and never failed once. screen mounts pivot 360 easily for landscape and portrait viewing. I have two 24in IPS screens and when horizontal it leaves just enough room for adjustment. Planning on purchasing again for home setup.
It's adequate in that it holds up my two monitors. Adjustment is difficult because of the position of the adjustment nuts, and no matter what I do, I can't seem to get both monitors level and lined up with each other - one is possible but not both.

These arms are great for a permanent attachment to a desk with a permanent monitor layout. These obviously don't move around easily once locked and set in place, but that's exactly what I wanted. They also have great cable management.

Quite stud and no problem to hold may 27\ Acer monitor without facing down. But side arm still swivel about an inch no matter how hard you screw to main pole. That takes one star out."

Have had this for a nice chunk of time now (waited to review to test longevity) and it hasn't let me down yet. My left monitor droops a little right now but that's more my fault because I left it a little loose and don't feel like tightening it. Works great for my gaming setup.
