The unit was less flexible adjustability-wise than expected, but once height is set, no biggie, It also wasn't obvious about possibly needing a separate adapter to purchase with some monitor models - of which one of ours was. Extra expense and order time wasn't appreciated. Outside of that, product seems to work well for the 2 employees that are using them.
Bought to use with a pair of Ultrawide 29\ LG monitors. Planned on using the outside two arms and leaving the middle empty. Worked fine but the monitors sat very far forward on the desk. Ended up taking the second section of the arm out and connecting the tinting joint to where the second portion of the arm attached to. Fit perfect with no modifications. It doesn't allow a lot room for adjustment but allows both monitors to sit about 8-12\" further back with an acceptable angle between."
Good unit, the way it's packed in the box the \hoop\" that goes over the pole was bent from impacting \"something\". it rests on this hoop when the box is stood up and the unit is so heavy it bent it. We did manage to get it to slide on but wasn't easy. The box needs more padding for this important piece that is easily damaged in shipping."
