The laptop tray mount tray works perfectly. I've can now manipulate my laptop on a VESA arm just like my other monitor. It is held very securely. I am very happy with the product.
I had a missing part when my product arrived. I reached out to customer service and they answered promptly, and fixed the situation promptly as well. No company is going to be immune from occasional glitches that can happen in shipping. A company with good customer service that fixes the issues quickly is to be treasured. The only complaint I have is that I did not find your site sooner. The attachment fit perfectly on the stand I purchased through another site and works great. Easy assembly and mounting with the bumpers in just the right places.

The tray itself is well built and study. The plastic arms that attach to the sides of the laptop are very difficult to maneuver. There's no need to lock them as they can barely be moved when they are unlocked. I feel like I'm going to break them. Other than that, this is a good product.
