My doctor told me I needed to start working some time standing at my desk. Since I didn't want to replace my huge awesome desk, I bought two of these, one for my middle monitor and one for my keyboard. They work really great. Light enough and spring loaded for easy movement upwards, as well as easy to push back down to close. I use a 32 inch monitor and a full size gaming keyboard and mouse and they were just the right size for both!

You have to get it just right to get it to lock in the right place and sometimes try two or three times. That's my only complaint. I would buy it again.
