I love this foot rest. I am currently working a job where I am on 14 hours shifts. This foot rest helps my leg and back pain from sitting so much tremendously.

I suffer from poor circulation and needed the raised footrest so my feet/posture was perfect. I work on a computer all day, and have been for the last 20 years, and this foot rest keeps my feet moving anytime I need them to. It has also helped my posture which was causing me many health issues. I love this footrest and highly recommend it!
