Very realistic

The glowing embers on the logs in this thing are the most realistic I’ve ever seen in a fake fireplace. Seriously legit. I love this thing. The ambience is great. Makes great heat too!

very attractive but noisy

Its very attractive and appears to be easy to install (I need to do the stone work before final installation). The heater fan is loud. I think too loud. i understand it's a fan and may be audible, but it seems louder than it needs to be. Also, even with the fan off the unit makes a clunking noise which it audible many feet away. So I'm not really thrilled overall just because of the noise. I bought this unit because many reviewers said it was very quiet. I'll enjoy it every day, I just wish it was more quiet.

Great buy

My husband and I built a fireplace and added tile and built a mantel to make this piece feel a little more cozy. The electric fireplace came so quickly and we have had no problems with it so far. It’s a great addition to our home and guests love it
