28" fireplace

This was exactly how it was described. Brings the warmth level up in our 15 x 14 room, quietly and slowly. We find ourselves turning the heat off in about an hour because it gets too warm, but then enjoy the flame setting without heat. The only thing that would make this product better would be a temperature setting thermostat. But we knew it only had high and low setting when we bought. Overall we love it!

I was looking for a specific size to fit a antique metal insert & fireplace mantle. We didn’t have a place downstairs to vent a gas fireplace, so this is the next best thing. It was important to me for it to be made in the USA. Found it! And I couldn’t be happier! Shipping was so fast, installing it was a breeze & I cannot believe how much heat comes off this little fireplace. On top of looking great, it’s maintenance free…bonus!

We are not ready to install it yet, but we have plugged it in to test & it’s so much nicer than I expected!! I needed something to fit a very specific space & this was it. Being made in the USA was also a major requirement. Couldn’t be happier!

It's ok for ambiance

Just had it installed. It looks pretty, but does not give off any quality heat and the remote would be nice If there was an indicator to increase the heat. I have it as a secondary heat source, but it doesn't meet that need. Looks pretty. I would not buy again, but it's installed now. I'll live with it.

The glowing embers on the logs in this thing are the most realistic I’ve ever seen in a fake fireplace. Seriously legit. I love this thing. The ambience is great. Makes great heat too!

very attractive but noisy

Its very attractive and appears to be easy to install (I need to do the stone work before final installation). The heater fan is loud. I think too loud. i understand it's a fan and may be audible, but it seems louder than it needs to be. Also, even with the fan off the unit makes a clunking noise which it audible many feet away. So I'm not really thrilled overall just because of the noise. I bought this unit because many reviewers said it was very quiet. I'll enjoy it every day, I just wish it was more quiet.
