It overheats and the picture gets distorted. I keep getting SD card errors because the camera gets so hot. There is also a weird black mark on the picture periodically if my car is parked in the sun all day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup is nice and easy. It has a good clear picture and is nice and small on the window. This is my 3rd Rexing Dashcam and haven't been disappointed yet.

The Rexing F30 front and rear dash cam works great. It was easy to install. The built in WiFi works great. The app is easy to use and set up was very easy. The Rexing F30 was a great value, and I highly recommend.
