Great tech support and integrity

I had a technical issue arise a few months after purchase. The telephone support was great and they replaced my unit in a timely manner. I prefer my iGEN300s over my Jackery Explorer 240 because of the extra outlets and longer watt hours it has.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this product in May 2021, didn't use it until June. Initial Charge LED was at two bars, and I got it up to three bars in approx. 1.5 hrs of AC outlet charging; the LED never got up to 100% charge, nor did the DC Input charging LED light ever come on, so I didn't really know if it was charging properly. I said I wouldn't recommend to a friend, however that could change depending up their making good on their service warranty product replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Handy power supply, compact

Unit was smaller than expected. Smaller than a 6pack.
We purchased this to have on standby while we get to our larger generator. Love that it has a flash light built into it. Light weight

Smaller range portable power

I have a Honda 1000 watt, harbor freight 600 watt, and this Westinghouse 300 watt. The Westinghouse is better than the harbor freight, but the Honda has eco mode and regular mode which makes it more versatile and have had the Honda for years no problems but the Westinghouse is light duty for sure. Still a good product
