Living in the country power outages are the norm in any bad weather. I am so glad I purchased the iGen200s, just wished I had one years ago. It was so nice & comforting to have bright lights and to charge our cell phones during the last storm. I am considering buying a second and bigger iGen to keep downstairs as \I like this one so much and have a two home.story house

Must have gotten a real DUD

I bought this in May. I went camping fully charged and it died with inflating only 2 mattresses and charging a couple phones after 2 days, which is like 2-3hrs total. The second time, i took it to the beach fully charged and had trouble with the DC output. Moments ago i tried to go in the yard at night with it and the flashlight doesnt work, only while charging. In fact the DC still doesnt work, and the AC light goes on but doesnt charge. Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this last 14 months ago. Was able to use it that summer while camping. Had a power outage and brought it out to use...nothing worked. Plugged it in next day to charge, starts at 1 bar then shows full
charge. Flashlight doesn't work, push AC button and fan runs for a second then shuts off and red triangle appears. Definitely not happy with this purchase and don't recommend.

It’s a great item except my stopped charging for no reason we hardly used it so it should still hold battery charge for a long time. It won’t even charge but I would still buy another I love its convenience.
